Return Policy

We want you to love your Nestingmum product! If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange eligible unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for free within 45 days; please note that all tags must still be attached. 

Returning or exchanging an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 45 days of purchase is a breeze. Simply click here, provide your order number and the email address used to place the order. Once your return has been submitted, you’ll be able to print your prepaid return shipping label, making the process hassle-free.  

Package your return items with the packing slip included. If you’re printing the shipping label yourself, secure it to the outside of your package. You must use the provided shipping label, and the items included in your return package must match the items on the return packing slip. Items mailed with a different label or items that don’t match the return packing slip may be ineligible for refund or exchange. 

We’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages that were mailed with a label not provided by Nestingmum.com/or our returns system. 

Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow 10-15 business days for processing. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time for refunds. 

Return items are subject to approval by Nestingmum items that are not in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags still attached or items that display visible signs of wear, deodorant, makeup, etc., are not eligible for refund or exchange. Returns not scanned by the carrier within 30 days of starting a return will be canceled and may be ineligible for refund or store credit. Returns received more than 90 days from the original order date may not be eligible for a refund to the original payment method; they may only be eligible for store credit.
