Refund policy
We want you to love your NestingMum product! If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange eligible unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items for free within 45 days of purchase. Please ensure all tags are still attached.
How to Return or Exchange:
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached.
- Initiate Return: Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Once your return is submitted, you can print your prepaid return shipping label.
- Packaging: Include the packing slip with your return items. Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your package. Ensure the items in the package match those listed on the return packing slip.
- Shipping: Use the provided shipping label. Items mailed with a different label or items not matching the return packing slip may be ineligible for a refund or exchange.
- Responsibility: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages mailed with a label not provided by NestingMum.
Processing Time:
- Allow 10-15 business days for processing once our warehouse receives your return.
- Note that your financial institution may require additional processing time for refunds.
Return Approval:
- Returns are subject to approval by NestingMum.
- Items not in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with tags still attached, or showing signs of wear, deodorant, or makeup are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- Returns not scanned by the carrier within 30 days of starting a return will be canceled and may be ineligible for refund or store credit.
- Returns received more than 90 days from the original order date may only be eligible for store credit, not a refund to the original payment method.
